to act as forwarding agent for export control and Customs purposes and to sign any

Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED), or transmit such information electronically,

which may be required by U.S. law or regulation in connection with the exportation

or transportation of any merchandise consigned to and/or on behalf of or as

instructed by above said Foreign Principal Party in Interest. This information will

be based on information as received by the exporter (USPPI) and/or other parties

involved in the transaction. We further consent and authorize forwarding agent to

consent to a physical search of all packages and items if the consignment is intended

for transport by airfreight.

This authorization will remain in effect until revoked by written letter to Saving Shipping & Forwarding USA Inc.
